Ive been involved in real estate since my early years when, as a child I accompanied my parents to meet tenants, collect rent and inspect properties to purchase. After college, life intervened and i went to work full-time for several years, but my entrepreneurial spirit was always looking for the right opportunity to use my (if i do say so myself, awesome!) negotiation skills in ways that offered personal and financial growth.

In 2005, I decided to purchase my first property. Several properties later, I decided the time was right to look for an experienced, successful coach/mentor to assist me in getting to the next level and beyond in my investment business. I'd heard about Clever Investors, gave Cody a call and became an avid student of his.

Originally my real estate business involved purchasing, retrofitting and managing my owned properties as well as a very active and successful wholesaling effort in the Shreveport/Bossier City are of northwest Louisiana.
